Non-attachemnet

Happy Raya holidays this friday.

I would like to share with you about 'non-attachment' in our daily practice.

It means we should not be attached to our likes and dislikes.

We should let go our stubbornness.

We should let go our anger.

We should let go our laziness.

We should let go our wicked thought.

We should be harmless in our actions.

We should be good in our speech.

We should let go our ill-feelings.
